Pieces that follow the deck layout
Curved benches, U-shaped cockpits and wide sunpads need individual patterns. Walkways, table movement and lockers are assessed during measurement. A continuous appearance is balanced with practical removal.
Materials for outdoor use
Sun exposure, saltwater contact and frequency of use inform the discussion. Suitability for outdoor use must be checked against manufacturer data. A water-repellent surface does not automatically make the complete cushion waterproof; seams and the interior matter too.
Foam and the underside
Existing foam condition, preferred firmness and opportunities for drying are considered together. The same foam or thickness is not recommended for every outdoor cushion. The supporting surface and available airflow matter.
From colour to care routines
Physical samples help compare canvas, wood and hull colours. A protective cover between uses and a towelling cover during use serve different needs. These related services can be considered together.

Yes. Open-deck sunpads, backrests and exterior seating groups can be assessed within this service.
02Will outdoor cushions be completely waterproof?
That cannot be established from the fabric name alone. Surface, seams, zips and internal construction must be considered together.
03Do I also need protective or towelling covers?
It depends on use. A weather cover protects unused seating; a towelling cover provides an additional contact surface during use.
